PM represents my evening blood sugar reading 2 hours after I cease eating my evening meal.
I ate a very small meal the evening of the 8th (piece of catfish and aspargius) and started feeling weak a couple of hours after finishing dinner. I checked my blood sugar and it was a 65! So, I scrounged around nibbling and finally went to bed.
I don't know what I peaked out at but I dropped to 65 by the next morning.
On the 11th, I had chicken and broccoli for dinner and that lead to the evening score of 77. I'll have to keep this in mind when I discuss my A1C with my VA Doc and family MD.
