gimme that flu shot!

Some states are saying don't you dare try to get a flu shot unless you can prove you absolutely deserve one! When I was going out of my way to avoid flu shots in the 1980s, who would ever have thought that someday I'd be pestering my MD to give me one! (I have a few medical conditions now that I didn't have then and that should make all the difference!)

I am required to test my blood sugar twice a days two days a week.

AM scores are taken upon getting out of bed.

PM scores are taken two hours after finishing dinner (evening meal).

¹ After the scores of the 4^th, I wanted to see how low my morning score would go. I was a bit surprised it did not drop more...

² I laid in bed unable to sleep fearing that my blood sugar was crashing. I was quite surprised to find my morning fasting level was 104 and something in the 80s.

³ I forgot to test my blood until mid-morning the day before.
