Blood sugar reading for September 2016:
My A1C on the 29th was 7.0, the same as 3 months ago.

AM and PM refer to my blood sugar readings. I take my blood sugar level twice a day two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday). The AM score is taken right after I get out of bed. The PM reading is taken two hours after "fork down"; that is, two hours after I finish my evening meal. Sometimes, my readings are inexplicable.
